England No captain no Manager yet there

England at the moment go into the final home friendly before euro 2012 against Holland with no manager and no captain, this in a space of 1 week. This dramatic turn around all resulted in the FA failure to deal with the racism allegation put forward by QPR defender Anton Ferdinand. An allegation which has yet to be proven against John terry as his court case was postponed till after the Euros. If you ask me thats diabolical, I mean what gives the football body the rights to tell the courts when a court trial should be held. Im sorry but I feel no sympathy for the fact Terry lost his armband because if he was  Nik Stauskas Jersey innocent he would have fought against the allegation and prove that he was innocent. He has now left a cloud above the FA and they had to make a strong decision, however the manner that it was made should be called into question, I mean Mr Capello wasnt even in the room and didnt even have a say, that shows a lack of respect to Capello and quite frankly a lack of cla s. I mean he Brian Winters Jersey  was not able to perform his job, as matters were taken away from him. And personally I agree with Sir Alex the most important person making the decisions is the manager once someone else takes that power away from managers then there only one outcome and England witne sed it this week  upheaval.And yet England being England everyone is still optimistic. Shouts of harry should be manger echoed by Wayne Rooney, Gary Neville , Neil Warnock and many other famous football figure heads. Hes odds on favourite and in my opinion the most underrated manager in the premier league. Hes done wonders with spurs by transferring a team in relegation show to beating AC Milan within a space of 2 years. Hes man management skills are second to none and hes ability to charm the  Sidney Moncrief Jersey media makes him the odds on guy to take England forward. However no guarantee he will leave spurs, and it isnt as straight forward as Spurs would want to keep one of their star a set. But whatever happens with or without Capello England need to find a formula of playing tournament football. Build a Thanasis Antetokounmpo Jersey  team, team spirit and continuity. You only need to ask the Germans and Spanish, most of them have played together for years. If England can take a leaf out of there book and be rational and think about building for brighter tomorrow then England may see glory days like 66 being revived. Mix that with the likes of Parker, Rooney, Ferdinand, Cole and JT (provided hes on form) then England have got a very good squad. All they need to be given is good man management and the creation of team spirit and bond then they could really enjoy the tournament experience. They arent the best team there, so they have to just enjoy the tournament and see where it takes them. However they are going to have to sort out this debacle first and FA have got to get it right. That means no rushing into decisions, no more money being wasted just focus on getting the right man Kyle Korver Jersey  who ticks all the boxes.
